Class Preparation


  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
  • Be prepared to sweat.
  • Wear light workout attire.
    • Women: jog tops and sports shorts
    • Men: shorts with liner or bathing suit.
    • (Sweats and baggy clothes are not recommended)
  • Bring a mat, towel and drinking water. (These items are also available for sale or rent)
  • Workouts should be performed on an empty stomach. Please refrain from eating 2-3 hours prior to class.
  • Come well-hydrated.
  • Showers and facilities available for 30 minutes before class and 30 minutes after class
